Do you have a shop?
We know not everyone wants to get up early on the weekend to visit a market, or they might have other commitments. We don’t have a stockist (yet), but we’re open to it if it helps support another small biz. Interested in stocking Korn Lab? Message us
How long will kettle korn keep?
If you DON'T open the bag, a couple of weeks if kept in original bag and inside an airtight container. If you DO open the bag, about 30 mins (as you won't be able to stop eating it). You can freeze it, but best to keep in original packaging, then inside freezer bags (3 months).






My bag had unpopped kernels
No one’s lost a tooth (disclaimer!) — but please chew carefully. When popcorn pops, the corn expands around the husk. Not all kernels pop, and while we try to remove them with our sifting table, a few may still sneak into the bag. It’s handmade, so we don’t have fancy machinery.
Is it gluten-free or dairy-free?
Yes! Our kettle corn is gluten-free, dairy-free, peanut-free, soy-free and vegan. It is cooked in a kettle free from cross-contamination. If we make other flavours that are not allergen-friendly, they are never mixed in the kettle.






You use seed oil...really?
Most concerns are overstated. Issues usually occur when oils are overheated or reused, like in deep-frying. Cold-pressed rapeseed oil, however, is minimally processed and has a high smoke point, making it safe for cooking.
What ingredients do you use?
GE-free NZ-grown corn and rapeseed oil; vegan sugar; sea salt. It's important to us to use high quality ingredients and keep the crappy stuff out. We sometimes make different flavours. All extra ingredients are clearly stated.
